Finally it was time to pour the foundation. I had to be at work (my last day). Dennis took the boys over early so they could see the cement being poured and so they could put their handprints in the foundation. He had to get to work so my dad helped the kids with their handprints when it was finally time.
By the time they got there, the work had already begun. It has been 100 degrees so I am sure they were trying to beat the heat. Grandaddy was already there supervising!
